  A Fresh Start for Old Buildings: Repurposing LTC Homes for Seniors’ Housing 
The drive to build and redevelop long-term care beds is resulting in many surplus older LTC buildings that could be converted into seniors’ housing. Don’t let the potential challenge of this large-scale transformation scare you off – it’s exactly what Tim Siemens at Radiant Care did, almost a decade ago.  He’ll present the details about how he did it and what the many positive outcomes have been for seniors in his community.
