Andrew Zabrovsky is partner in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office who practices in the areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. Andrew regularly advises our public and private sector clients on a broad range of employment issues, with a focus on human rights issues. Andrew regularly appears as counsel before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Federal and Ontario courts. Andrew has significant experience representing clients in complicated human rights disputes, and regularly advises our clients on attendance management, workplace accommodation, and workplace harassment issues.

    Amanda Cohen is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sector on a wide-range of labour, employment and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.
