LTC Capital Development Case Studies: Fairview Parkwood Communities and Craigwiel Gardens

Thursday, May 15, 2025
10:00-11:30am EST

Free Webinar for Members Only

Learn from the capital development experiences of two homes – one a small LTC in a medium-sized city, the other a rebuild in a rural community – which both benefited from the province’s supplementary construction funding subsidy top-up. Whether you are contemplating a new development or a rebuild, you’ll be better prepared after hearing how these member homes have worked through the realities, operational issues and risks of this territory.

> Hear details about how these homes navigated complex regulatory approvals, secured funding and insurance, managed escalating costs and adhered to strict project timelines.

> Get pointers on crucial steps, including aligning project and strategic objectives, reviewing commitments, and major decisions that can affect the project's outcome and execution.

> Benefit from lessons learned about how to alleviate the stress and difficulties associated with making and following through with the decision to build, and bring your questions for an interactive Q & A.
