Jennifer Milbrandt is a Senior Product Manager with PointClickCare who has 30 years of experience in various healthcare and product development roles.   Jennifer worked for 8 years in Skilled Nursing Facilities as a Registered Nurse and transitioned into product development working specifically with electronic health care software, telehealth devices and disease management protocols. 

Deborah Johnston is a Masters prepared Registered Nurse with over 35 years-experience in long term care in various position across Canada. During the past four+ years in her role with PointClickCare Deborah has applied her knowledge and expertise to advance the use of technology in long-term care. Deborah has been the lead for an innovative project that is bringing RNAO’s Best Practice Guidelines into the digital world as RNAO’s Clinical Pathways as well as supporting the implementation of LTCF in long term care homes across the country.
