Free, Members-Only Webinar
Your home already collects valuable data every day. OnSPARK transforms that existing data into near real-time, unit-level insights that save time, support better care and staffing decisions, and strengthen your voice in sector-wide planning — all without adding extra reporting burdens.
Join us for an inspiring session where OnSPARK will showcase how its innovative portal and data platform is transforming the way Ontario long-term care homes operate, plan, and deliver exceptional care. Co-led by Shalom Village — a trusted voice in the LTC community — this webinar offers a real-world perspective on what’s possible with powerful technology at your fingertips.
In this session, you’ll explore:
- How OnSPARK brings resident, clinical, and staffing data together in one secure, easy-to-use platform
- How near real-time dashboards help you spot risks, trends, and opportunities earlier
- How unit-level and home-level benchmarking helps you understand your performance in context – while your data remains fully yours
- A firsthand look at how Shalom Village is leveraging OnSPARK to lead with confidence
Why it matters:
With more than 200 Ontario long-term care homes already participating, OnSPARK is building a shared evidence base that makes care more responsive, planning more informed, and the sector’s collective voice stronger. As participation grows, so does the power of the insights — for every home involved.
This session is designed for:
Administrators, Directors of Care, and operational leaders at AdvantAge Ontario member homes across Ontario.
The future of long-term care is data-informed, connected, and confident. Come see what that looks like — and how your home can get there.
A live Q&A will follow the presentation. Bring your questions!
