LTCHA Implementation Public Resources

LTCHA Implementation Resources

These materials were developed during the fall and winter of 2010/11 to provide timely and practical resources and templates for long term care homes in Ontario to assist them in implementing the requirements of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 (LTCHA) and Regulation. These resources build upon or complement the materials available on the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care’s ltchomes.net website as well as those available through other organizations such as the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly (ACE) and the Ontario Health Quality Council (Residents First).

Funded in part by the Government of Ontario. The views expressed in these materials are the views of OANHSS and do not necessarily reflect those of the Province of Ontario.
