Jamie Cook is a skilled Project Director with over 20 years of experience delivering project management, space planning and functional programming services within the healthcare sector. Since joining Colliers Project Leaders, she has led several functional programming projects for a wide variety of our firm’s public and private sector clients. Jamie has experience leading small and large functional programming, space planning, estimating, project management, and construction management assignments. She has applied her leadership experience and evidence-based research to support a variety of healthcare and government institutions to develop space standards or apply existing standards for many multi-disciplinary departments.

Megumi Kimura Sandoval is a Senior Project Manager with the Furniture, Equipment and Move Readiness (FEMR) team at Colliers Project Leaders. Omer Malik is the Founder and President of Sencap, bringing over 25 years of experience in structuring and executing complex financings and transforming project concepts into fully realized infrastructure assets. Omer’s career spans senior roles across commercial and corporate banking, loan restructuring, public fixed income ratings, private placements, and project finance. He has held leadership positions at several leading financial institutions, including TD Bank Financial Group, BMO Bank of Montreal, Rabobank S.A., DBRS Morningstar, and Sun Life Investment Management. For the past 17 years, Omer has specialized in project finance, managing a $1 billion portfolio of power and infrastructure investments and leading financial advisory mandates across Canada. His advisory work includes over 25 public-private partnership (PPP) transactions, the financing of more than 5,000 long-term care beds, and the arrangement of over $4.5 billion in debt financings. His clients span the full spectrum of Canada’s infrastructure and long-term care sectors, including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, charities, private equity firms, and REITs. Omer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western University and both a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Windsor.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted up to five working days prior to the date of the program less a 15% administration fee that will apply regardless of the status of payment.
