The 2027/2028 round of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) is underway, and we’ve got a webinar to cover everything you need to know. Our experts will walk you through next year’s priorities, how they connect with continuous quality improvement (CQI) requirements, and lessons learned from past submissions. Explore ways to leverage common seniors’ care data to drive better outcomes and discover how one home has brought these elements together in its own improvement planning journey. It’s a morning chock full of information and ideas to ensure your home’s QIP goes beyond “compliance submission” to active improvement planning that helps you meet your goals.
- Get an overview of QIP priorities for 2027/2028, how they connect with CQI requirements, practical expectations and lessons from last year’s submissions.
- Hear how to use interRAI, CIHI and QI data for improvement including quality indicators, outcome scales and benchmarking reports, and which indicators to regularly review.
- Find out how one home has used quality improvement planning and strategies to reduce avoidable emergency room visits and falls.
