  • Get a strong grasp of core investigation best practices including structured planning, impartial fact-finding, careful evidence review, clear documentation and writing inspection-ready reports.
  • Learn how to maintain psychological safety that minimizes re-traumatization and defensiveness among residents, staff and families.
  • Enhance your team’s ability to conduct consistent investigations that support a culture of accountability and stand up to regulatory scrutiny.
