Emma Robinson coordinates the CAN Health Long-Term Care Innovation and Scaling Network, based at Bruyère Health. She is passionate about fostering partnerships between long-term care operators and Canadian innovators to address the sector's biggest challenges and improve the lives of residents and staff. She has an MA in sociology from the University of New Brunswick and over 6 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating sustainable and effective programs in healthcare, government, and academia.

Francis Syms is an academic leader, independent consultant and national commentator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data centres, clean energy, and technology strategy. He advises organizations and governments navigating complex decisions in these areas, bringing deep technical expertise and hard-won practical experience to every engagement.

Sabrina Boutin has worked nearly 15 years in the health care sector and 8 years in the public and private sectors as a professional in service and at an executive level. Her expertise relates to the management of multidisciplinary teams, project management and the realization of social innovations projects supported by technologies and digital approaches in partnership with various collaborators. Working in diverse economic sectors (health, education, silver economy), she uses a mobilizing force drawn from design thinking, social and service design partnering with many organizations (private, public, businesses, community, philanthropic and research), which enabled her to carry out multiple initiatives. Sabrina has developed strategic skills and abilities, through collective approaches, while realizing and supporting Living Labs and Centers of Expertise, using participatory and inclusive strategies. Her field of practice involves documenting the impacts of an organizational and digital transformation, as well as reflecting on the required conditions for the scaling-up of initiatives and planning their sustainability. Regularly invited as a guest speaker, Sabrina has worked for the MUHC, the CHUM, Vanier and John-Abbott Colleges, the University of Montreal and CEFRIO.

Noor Al-Zanoon is a Project Manager at AGE-WELL supporting envisAGE, a program co-led by AGE-WELL and MEDTEQ+. She thrives on connecting people, ideas, and partners to move health innovations into the real world. She holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alberta, where she used computer simulation and modeling to understand how cancer treatment affects human function. This work is grounded in systems thinking and early digital twin approaches, with a focus on translating complex research into practical insight. Her career spans academic research, startup and commercialization support, and health innovation ecosystem support. She has held ecosystem-focused roles at McMaster University, Alberta Innovates, and the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute, where she supported cross-sector collaboration and innovation programs across health and technology.
